Return Policy

 

Any customer wishing to return an order must contact us at benjisofbrooklyn@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Form before initiating the return process. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

General Merchandise

Benji’s of Brooklyn accepts wholesale returns in their original packaging and condition, accompanied by the original order number, within the time frames outlined below. Please note that Digital items cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Custom Orders

Custom orders are considered final sale after 3 days of receipt.
If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order(s), we kindly ask that you please contact us at benjisofbrooklyn@gmail.com within 3 days of your product being delivered. After this review period, all custom print sales are considered final. 

 

Return Processing

30 Days

Return items within 30 days for a full refund. We will process your return promptly upon receipt. Refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note: It may take three to five billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement.

No returns accepted after 30 days of original purchase.

Ship It

Repackage the items you are returning and include your packing slip with the items you are returning circled. Use your own trackable and insured shipping method* and mail to:

*Benji’s of Brooklyn is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
Please note that a restocking fee applies to all returned wholesale orders.
*The restocking fee may vary based on quantity.

Damaged items

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at benjisofbrooklyn@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
